Since more than twenty years Young Ho Kim is a traveling yoga teacher and big advocate of evolution in yoga. He educates hundreds of yoga teachers every year and challenges his students to question existing concepts and change them if necessary.
Thousands of yoga teachers all around the globe are teaching his vinyasa flow style „INSIDEFLOW®, which meets the pulse of time and touches the hearts of participants with refined sequencing to modern music. In 2007 he founded the Inside Yoga Studio in Frankfurt, Germany. There – and at his retreats, workshops and trainings worldwide – he teaches modern yoga that goes beyond asana and flexibility. His progressive style of yoga is characterized by healthy, anatomically correct alignment, ease and willingness to change. 2016 he pushed the evolution of yoga to the next level and launched his premium online yoga platform TINT. In a complex world TINT provides yogis with orientation and opportunity to practice with the world’s best teachers online. With passion and dedication Young Ho Kim guides his students to their inner guru – because “ALL YOU NEED IS INSIDE®”. Young Ho Kim ist seit über 20 Jahren Traveling Yoga Teacher und ein großer Verfechter der Evolution im Yoga. Jedes Jahr bildet er hunderte Yogalehrer aus und fordert sie dazu auf bestehende Konzepte zu hinterfragen und – wenn nötig – zu verändern. Tausende Yogalehrer weltweit unterrichten sein Vinyasa Flow Kursformat INSIDEFLOW®, das mit durchdachten Sequenzen zu moderner Musik den Puls der Zeit trifft und die Herzen der Teilnehmer berührt. 2007 gründete er das Inside Yoga Studio in Frankfurt. Dort – und bei seinen Retreats, Workshops und Trainings auf der ganzen Welt – unterrichtet er modernes Yoga, das über die reine Asanapraxis hinausgeht. Sein progressiver Yoga-Stil ist geprägt von gesunder, anatomisch korrekter Ausrichtung, Leichtigkeit und der Bereitschaft zur Veränderung. 2016 folgte mit der Gründung seiner Premium Online Yoga Plattform TINT die nächste Evolutionsstufe. In einer immer komplexer werdenden Welt bietet er Yogaschülern mit TINT Orientierung und die Möglichkeit, online von den weltweit besten Yogalehrern zu lernen.
