Right after learning the Basic Inside Flow training participants can upgrade directly to the next level 1 training from September 2nd - 4th 2022. In this training participants will learn : 1. Three pillars of Inside Flow with focus on the Music as the Power of Inside Flow to create the magic. 2. Understand the differents of Inside Flow and other vinyasa styles 3. Applying the vinyasa concepts of Inside Flow Asanas to fit the music 4. Understanding the energy of music and how to analyse songs to create simple sequences 5. Demonstration Techniques and Teaching Skill of Inside Flow |
