Three ways we support you

Continuing education is a real commitment now: 50 TRC every year. These three programs make those 50 TRC reachable, affordable, and in one case free.

All three programs are open to Junior Teachers and above.

Program 01 · Support

The ASSIST Program

Official teaching support at events and teacher trainings, and the fastest, cheapest way to your annual TRC.

Active teaching support at events and teacher trainings
A pre-defined list of tasks and event-support requirements
Assistants are picked by the main teacher and the host before the event goes public
Assistants are named in the marketing of the event
Extra training formats before and after the training, plus personal feedback from the main teacher

Program 02 · Community

The PARTICIPATE Program

Join a training in the Inside universe as a regular participant, at your preferred rate and with no teaching duties.

Join the TTC as a regular participant
No teaching responsibilities, no event tasks
No expectations beyond normal attendance
Valid across the Inside universe: Inside Flow TTCs, Inside Yoga trainings, Align & Flow, Alignment Training
Exceptions are the Summits and the Elite Training

Program 03 · Community

The REFERRAL Program

Grow your local community and earn a commission for students you bring to a teacher training worldwide.

5% commission for referring students to TTCs worldwide
The participant selects your name in the registration form under “Who referred you to this training?”
Unlimited referrals
You attend the same event yourself, either as an assistant or as a participant
The referral is stated at registration. It cannot be added afterwards
Commission applies to confirmed and completed registrations only
Exceptions are the Summits and the Elite Training

Why the two conditions on referrals? Because this program is about community. We want you in the room with the people you brought, taking care of them while they learn. That is what the commission is for.

How to reach your 50 TRC

The 50 TRC can be collected over the year. They do not have to be earned in one go. Here are three realistic ways to get there.

Assist at a single 50-hour teacher training and your entire annual requirement is covered.

Join one training

Join a teacher training as a regular participant with your 30% discount and receive the full certificate. A 50-hour training covers your whole year.

Summits, concerts, workshops and retreats all carry TRC. Combine what fits your year.

Flexible

What counts as a TRC?
One TRC equals one hour of learned Inside Flow. TRC are granted for Masterclasses, Workshops, Concerts, Retreats, Summits and Teacher Trainings, but only for events longer than two hours, taught by a Junior Teacher or above. Regular weekly classes do not count. More detail on the Q&A Page.

Starting fresh on 1 July 2026. Assisting or training you did before that date cannot be claimed retroactively. Everyone begins with a clean plate. That is the only way to keep this fair and transparent for everyone.

Questions about the programs and continuing education

These are the questions that came up around the three support programs and the 50 TRC. For everything else about Inside Flow, TRC and event types, see the Q&A Page.

Do the 50 TRC have to be earned in one go?

No. They can be collected over the year in any combination of formats.

I have already reached my level. Do the new thresholds affect me?

No. Levels you have already achieved remain valid. The higher requirements apply to future upgrades and to teachers joining a level from now on.

The same applies to the new 200h Inside Yoga requirement for Junior Teachers: if you are already a Junior Teacher without it, you are not affected. We do recommend it, because it is where alignment, communication and holding the energy of a room are trained.

The 50 TRC per year, however, apply to everyone from Junior Teacher upwards.

The new system starts on 1 July 2026.

Can I claim TRC for trainings I assisted in the past?

No. Assisting used to be a grey zone. Sometimes it counted, sometimes it did not, and it depended on who you asked. We are starting with a clean plate so that from now on the rule is the same for everyone. Everything from the start of the new system counts.

How do I become an assistant?

The main teacher and the host choose the assistants together, before the training is published. There is no formal application, but there is no downside in letting a senior or pro teacher know that you are ready and available.

The choice is made on professional criteria: who shows up, who is present in the community, who works professionally. If you feel you are being left out of these opportunities, talk to us directly. We will find something for you.

Who covers travel and accommodation for assistants?

You do. The training fee is free and you receive the full TRC certificate, so there is no participation cost. Travel and accommodation stay with you.

What if I am not chosen to assist? How do I get my 50 TRC?

That is what the PARTICIPATE program is for. You can join a teacher training in the Inside universe as a regular participant with a 30% discount and receive the full TRC certificate, with no teaching duties. Summits and the Elite Training are the exceptions.

Does assisting mean I will teach?

Not necessarily. Depending on the situation, the level and length of the training and your own skill level, there may be an opportunity to lead a short sequence, but that is not the purpose of the role. The purpose is to support, to learn, and to receive direct feedback from the main teacher.

How is the 50 TRC requirement checked?

We look at the last four quarters, always. Not at the calendar year. So the question is never “what did you collect since January”, it is “what did you collect in the twelve months behind you”. That way it does not matter when in the year you reached your level.

We check once per quarter. If your last four quarters add up to less than 50 TRC, we reach out and you have until the end of the following quarter to close the gap. One assist or one training is usually enough.

Can I combine assisting and referrals at the same event?

Yes. Being present at the event, as an assistant or as a participant, is a condition for receiving the referral commission.

Is this the same in every country?

Yes. The same rules apply everywhere. Only China runs slightly different numbers, because a comparable system was already in place there before this update. A lot of the inspiration for these programs came from exactly that. We are working on aligning everything.
