We will celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Martasya Yoga on the coming Indonesian Independence Day August 17th with a Yoga Retreat in a very nice ambience of Resort nearby Bogor our home based. This will be the first time yoga retreat after almost 3 years of pandemic. Thanks God and Universe the situation in Indonesia is now quite good with high rate of vaccination that we can hold this retreat. There will be 3 sessions of Inside Flow yoga starting with the introduction of Inside Flow basic , Inside Flow intermediate and Inside Flow fun classes.
