As always: 2 hours, 2 flows and loooots of fun. Inside Flow is a yoga sequence following the beat. Let the music guide you and your movement merge with your breath. There's no end an no beginning. A flow that makes you sweat but allows you to completely feel yourself make Inside Flow a unique experience - a moving meditation.
