Inside Flow celebrates its 13th anniversary on May 25th. Join hundreds of yogis across the globe for the International Inside Flow Day. When I created the first Inside Flow on May 25th 2008, I would’ve never believed that this would become such a big global movement one day. Let’s celebrate this special day together! I'll be hosting this event with 2 Flows, a brand new flow, and my VERY FIRST Inside Flow that I ever created. INTERNATIONAL INSIDE FLOW DAY will be an afternoon, where we bring the whole community together. We want you all to connect with all the enthusiasts and teachers who have the same passion at heart!
