In April of this year, I lost my beloved. But I had 7 magical years with him. Years I wouldn't have had if not for Refuge Recovery, a rehab facility, with groups worldwide, that has adapted the core teachings of Buddhism to treat addiction and facilitate recovery. All proceeds will benefit Refuge Recovery. Join us at Heart Fire Yoga on November 24 for a 90 minute Inside Flow Masterclass and meditation.
