This 2-hour workshop will walk you through a detailed breakdown of a sequence such as the key poses’ alignments and principles of Inside Flow. You can expect a full set of tips and tricks to bring with you to any open Inside Flow classes in the future.
This workshop is suitable for total beginners to Inside Flow, current Inside Flow lovers or any curious person who would enjoy a active class with the purpose to increase mind-body connection and coordination.
Inside flow workshop is for you if you ever had a question about transitions between asanas during your Inside Flow practice or a general interest to maximise your state of flow in your yoga practice or any other movement activities.
The agenda of the workshop includes:
13:00 – 13:50 Warming up and key poses’ alignments including 1 flow.
13:50 – 14:00 Break with nutritious snacks.
14:00 – 15:00 1 full hour of flow. We would go through a full sequence including breakdowns of weight distributions, hands, and feet placements as you move through your poses.
