I’m creating an Inside Flow study group online for teachers who want to build confidence and start teaching classes.

Whether you’re a newer teacher who hasn’t taught yet, or you simply want to be in a space with other passionate Inside Flow teachers - this is for you.

If you’ve ever felt :
• stuck not knowing where to start
• like you’re “not ready yet”
• wishing you had a group to keep the momentum going

This is for you.

We’ll break things down simply which could include :
• main song → loops → class structure
• where to find approved flows + resources
• space to ask questions, connect, and grow together

This is the space I wish existed when I started teaching.

I’ll be starting with a small group.
