• USA -> more of a space to connect, share classes, and build the USA community
• Global Instructor -> private (Silver+) and more for feedback and deeper discussion with teachers around the world
There are also regional groups for different areas, so you can connect locally wherever you are
It still feels early, but I can see the potential as more people start engaging ✨

Sharing this here because I’ve been playing around with this space a bit more—and it actually feels like a really fun way to connect, share, and support each other…almost like a mini social platform for the USA Inside Flow community group ✨
especially for seeing what’s happening locally and supporting each other here
Would be fun to see more of us sharing:
• moments from class (photos, clips, or links)
• what you’re working on / creating
• upcoming online + in-person classes
• questions / things you’re figuring out
Feels like a fun way to stay connected, see what everyone’s up to, and support each other both online and in person ✨
I’m planning to share more here as I continue building—if you feel like sharing something too, I’d love to see it ♥️

Inside Flow Masterclass w/ Hie Kim
Vinyasa choreography taught on-beat to emotional music - blend alignment, movement and story in a fun Friday night
flow. $50
Saturday 3/28 12:30-3:00 PM
Inside Yoga: Align, Flow & Stretch
Learn biomechanical alignment for more graceful, fluid vinyasa movement. (Break 3:00-4:00)
Saturday 3/28 4:00-6:30 PM
Inside Flow
Two Inside Flow practices with on-beat choreography, music & story. Full-day option available. $175 (full day)
Sunday 3/29 12:30-2:45 PM
Vinyasa Flow Alignment & Inside Flow
Improve breath-led movement and apply it to Inside Flow choreography — includes one Inside Flow. $65
