International Inside Flow Day - 2h Special

Inside Flow celebrates its 13th anniversary on May 25th. Join hundreds of yogis across the globe for the International Inside Flow Day. When I created the first Inside Flow on May 25th 2008, I would’ve never believed that this would become such a big global movement one day. Let’s celebrate this special day together!

I'll be hosting this event with 2 Flows, a brand new flow, and my VERY FIRST Inside Flow that I ever created.

We still might not all be able to come together physically right now, but we're not letting that stop us! INTERNATIONAL INSIDE FLOW DAY will be an afternoon, where we bring the whole community together. We know that times are quite tough for everyone right now, so we made sure that this special event is affordable.

This time, we choose Zoom as a platform to see each other and interact more. We want you all to connect with all the enthusiasts and teachers who have the same passion at heart!
