In this training you will learn ; 

1. The basic principles of Inside Flow 

2. Eight different styles of Inside Flow sequences 

3. Learn how to listen and move on beat 

4. Learn how to transition with different gravitational movements in deeper intention 

5. Learn how to create a simple flow 

6. Learn how to teach Inside Flow on beat

Requirements for this training ; 

1. Personal Computer or Laptop 

2. Proper audio and video system (pre technical training provided) 

3. Already practice Inside Flow min. 3 months in advance 

4. Full attendee in person training
