Few days ago our beloved friend from Ukraine Ms Sophia Paniv, who was our Yoga Anatomy Teacher and partner in the past teacher training at Martasya Academy shared on her facebook some story and pictures about the situation there. It made our heart really sad and we cried to see so many innocent people suffered.  We can really feel how bad at this moment, to see our family taking their guns to fight for their life. 

We really want to share this flow as our thoughts and supports for all our family in Ukraine and Russia to share our hurt feeling. 

We will dedicate all our practice and meditation in this week for the peace there. 

May Peace all be with you.
