What to learn in this training program?

1. Basic principle of Inside Flow Vinyasa 

2. How to synchronize the mind, body, breath and music

3. Basic teaching skill, How to teach on Beat 

4. Understand how to transitioning smoothly with different gravitational movements 

5. Basic understanding of build up vinyasa 

Requirement to attend the training :

1. Inside Flow Lovers who want to step up to teach and Inside Flow teacher who want to deepen the fundamental of Inside Flow 

2. Online zoom participants you need to provide yourself: Laptop / PC with the latest update of zoom apps, microphone, sound card, webcam

Pre technical training will be provided.

    Hi guys, this is one of our recent online zoom class when Martin taught a collaboration with Junior Teacher from Turkey Seda last Friday November 1st 2024. 

    Martasya Yoga over a regular community online class every Friday evening 18.30 PM via ZOOM. Registration via martasyayoga.org 

    Last Friday it was so fun. Martin started to build up the class and looping the flow with a song that currently trending on TIKTOK "APT" from Bruno Mars & Rose Blackpink to make a fun warm up in the first 30 minutes of the class.
