| About me: |
Hi, I´m Barbara, 29 years old, Inside Flow lover and (beginning) teacher and passionate surfer. I love to flow on the mat and on the waves. After finishing my studies in sports and health sciences I started my small travel and yoga company Ocean Flow, where I mainly organize yoga and surf retreats on the Atlantic coast in France and Spain, as well as yoga mountain retreats in the Tyrolean Alps an Bavarian Forest. I love to discover magical places in nature and create little adventures and authentic experiences for others. In December 2019 I was taking part in the Inside Flow TT in Frankfurt, which was a blast with to many wonderful people. At the moment I'm doing the 200h Online Teacher Training with Inside Flow on TINT and very excited to learn and develop new skills. It´s just great!
