Julia ist international bekannte Yogalehrerin und als Senior Teacher eine der führenden Persönlichkeiten der Inside Flow-Szene. Ihre Liebe zur Musik und anmutigen Bewegungen findet sich in kreativen und gleichzeitig harmonischen Flows wieder. Sie kombiniert ihre Flows gerne mit energetischen Impulsen, die dich dazu einladen ins Gefühl zu gehen und unter die Oberfläche zu schauen – um so die Verbindung zu dir selbst zu stärken.

Entdecke mit mir Vinyasa Flow – es geht nicht darum, ein Ziel zu erreichen, sondern einfach jeden Schritt der Reise zu genießen. Wie das chinesische Sprichwort ‚der Weg ist das Ziel‘, konzentriert sich unser Kurs darauf, die unkomplizierte Schönheit von Übergängen und Ausrichtung zu erkunden.
Im Yoga ist Vinyasa Flow die Kunst des fließenden Übergangs. Dieser Workshop ist deine Gelegenheit, die Leichtigkeit und Eleganz in jeder Bewegung zu spüren. Hast du dich schon mal gefragt, warum wir unsere Arme so oder so bewegen? Lass uns diese Geheimnisse zusammen entschlüsseln. Tauche ein in die Welt des Vinyasa Flow und verbinde dich mit deiner eigenen, einzigartigen Schönheit.

WS 2: Inside Flow®

Inside Flow ist eine Vinyasa Flow Choreography, die on Beat unterrichtet wird und genau auf ein Musikstück zugeschnitten ist. Es ist aber noch so viel mehr als das! Denn es gibt nichts Schöneres, als im Moment aufzugehen und sich passend dazu zu bewegen. Die Musik schafft eine Verbindung zu deiner emotionalen Welt, die durch die Kraft des Yoga zu einer harmonischen Symbiose aus fließender Bewegung, persönlichem Ausdruck und echter Emotion wird. Sei dabei und erlebe selbst, warum Inside Flow ein weltweites Yogaphänomen geworden ist.

We are so excited to host Julie Meyer for a full weekend deep dive into Inside Flow!

Julia is senior teacher with countless hours of Inside Flow training, hundreds of hours experience teaching Inside Flow and spends her time teaching Inside Flow and Inside Yoga full time!

She will guide us through one masterclass and four workshops. 

YOU WILL LEARN:

You will flow through and learn five different flows. 

Yo will learn the very special principles of Inside Flow that makes this practice so seamless. 

You will learn alignment hacks to move gracefully and hence how to create a more fluid practice. 

You will learn proper alignment for signature asanas such as wild thing, cobra wave, flying warrior and more!

You will practice connecting breath, movement and music to enter flow state.

You will be immersed in a full weekend experince together with other flow lovers!

You will get useful tools to enchance your practice as a student and also if you are a teacher. 

You can film throughout the weekend and use the material for your own practice and if you are a teacher- have new flows to teach! 

SCHEDULE 

FRIDAY: Inside Flow Masterclass 90min

17:30- 19:00

We start the weekend with a master class! Dive in and explore the evolution of Vinyasa Flow Yoga! In this class Julia will cover the fundamental principles behind Inside Flow, if you are knew to the practice this class will cover all you need to support you for the rest of the weekend! Moving to the rhythm of modern music from Hip Hop to Pop Music we will build up a Vinyasa Flow choreography leading to practice it to one specific song. Music, breath and movement is the key to help you to enter the flow state and to create a deep connection to your body, mind and soul! Get ready for this extraordinary style of yoga that will enhance your practice and transform you as a person!

SATURDAY: 

Align 2 Flow – Principles for smooth and graceful transitions 120min

In this workshop you will learn alignment hacks to move gracefully from one asana to the other. To

create a fluid practice that will enhance your Inside Flow experience.

Inside Flow Workshop 2hrs - 2 Flows 120min

13:15-15:15

Get ready for two different flows to two different moods.

From uplifting and powerful to gentle and soulful. Just explore how the music and movements will

make you feel and allow yourself to express it with your practice.

There ́s nothing more beautiful and connecting than flowing and feeling together.

So let's go on that journey together. Let's move as one!

Block out your evening! Dinner out as a group- more details will come. Dinner is not included in the price.

Align 2 Flow – wild thing, cobra wave & more 120min

Let`s take a deeper look at Inside Flow signature asanas such as wild thing, cobra wave, flying warrior

and more. Proper alignment will help you to deepen your understanding for the postures to create a healthy

and thriving practice.

Inside Flow Workshop – We move as one 120min

To end this weekend we will focus on easy and slow paced flows that will make you feel connected

and at ease. Let`s go with the flow and move as one!

Alex und Bea haben sich durch ihre Liebe zu Inside Flow kennengelernt und seither viele Magic Moments und auch lustige Erlebnisse miteinander gehabt. In diesem Special feiern sie mit dir die Magie von Yoga, Musik und Freundschaft und unterrichten jeweils einen Inside Flow! 

Diese Klasse ist für alle Teilnehmer:innen geeignet, die sich in kraftvoll-fließendem Yoga wohlfühlen und ihre Praxis weiterentwickeln möchten. Inside Flow-Erfahrung ist vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend Voraussetzung. 

Diese Einheit wird auch live aus dem Studio via Zoom online übertragen – wähle dafür bei der Anmeldung das entsprechende Ticket aus.

Alignment Cobra Roll

The cobra role is not that easy and we want to practice the alignment of this asana or the transition to the cobra bit by bit. Here we want to work out this sequence together with you, because we are of the opinion that together is much better than alone.

We warmly welcome you to the studio in Fürth for this very special workshop.

After a short break we continue with an Inside Flow Master Class. What does that actually mean? We have 90 minutes to get into the flow little by little. The transitions are explained more clearly and there are a few breaks in between.

If you are a beginner: in excellent, then this workshop is just right for you.

If you are an advanced yogi, then this flow is a nice event to train and deepen your own practice.
