Hello,
I am Valérie from Nantes, France After many Yoga Training (Hatha, Ashtanga, 5th Elements with Matt Giordano, Vibhava, Curvy Yoga), I find home with Inside Flow 💜 Passionate by dance I practiced different style : classic, jazz, contemporary, ragga dancehall... I also practiced Martial Art as Aikido I am back to the best chapter with Inside Flow mixing my different passion as Yoga Music and Community flow I am also fully engaged for bringing more inclusivity into Yoga with curvy friendly class I will be happy to exchange with the members of this beautiful community 🙏🧘♀️💜 |
