My name is Ditya (some known me as Ditta 😁) , I'm a yoga teacher registered 500 hour with Yoga Alliance. I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, also a registered Stand Up Paddle Yoga instructor and Inside Flow Gold Teacher.
Curious & Passionate. That lead me to different yoga studies and style. And a nonstop training (inside flow teachers can definitely relate to this 😂) I love being a student and find joy when I can use my knowledge to help and support others in connecting with their body, mind, and soul to find balance and freedom in life ✨ I love to dance and flow through music that speaks to my souls, which is how I can express my self best. Inside Flow is my yoga affair since 2019 💕 and can't stop sharing this love of Flow through this mindful movement. Definitely mermaid at heart 🧜🏻♀️ - the ocean is my 2nd office after my yoga mat 🌊 🏄🏻♀️ and... I think I'm a crazy coconut lover. I LOVE coconut in everyway, and anywhere - on my food, drink, skin, hair, house, cloth, soap, detergents you name it 🥥😁 Roots in Bali, but currently living in Rome.
