Start her yoga journey 7 years ago, finished her 200hrs TTC in Canggu, Bali, and went to Rishikesh to finish the 300hrs. Since then she keeps exploring the world of yoga such as SUP Yoga, Wheel Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing and of course Inside Flow Yoga. She loves to flow together and brings out the best of her students.
