| About me: |
I am a seeker of movement, strength, control and that is how I like to guide my students through all of my classes. Understanding that every body moves differently and helping students find thier own body-space while we share this practice together as a community. I have been exploring and teaching for yoga for 10 years (ERYT-500 *YACEP) and continue to practice, teach and learn everyday. I love to move and explore all around my mat and I hope that I can inspire my students to do the same. Our bodies were meant to move and feel good, listening to music, creating movement to flow in and out of, finding playfulness and a few laughs, welcoming for everyone.
