50-hour Inside Flow Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training 

Flow with the me, Young Ho Kim, founder of Inside Flow, and the best Inside Flow teachers in the world. 

Each Class is designed to flow with eclectic modern music, with the grand finale of the class being a perfectly sequenced flow to a special song. Based on the yogic philosophy SPANDA - the pulsation of nature - we embody the Spanda with our breath and our movement.

This training is for Inside Flow teachers and Inside Flow lovers who practice it regularly.

You will not only deepen your practice and knowledge about Inside Flow during this week, you will also feel the strong Inside Flow community around the globe.

THIS TRAINING WILL FOCUS ON:

- Creating harmonious unity between breath and movement to deepen our understanding of yoga asanas.

- Constructing and articulating strong intelligent sequencing.

- Establishing rhythm and pace while teaching.

- Designing playlists for an Inside Flow class & connecting the sequence to a deeper intention.

- Learning functional breathing techniques.

Please note that the training will be a total of 50-hours certification, made up of 36 contact hours (in-person lessons) with 14 hours non-contact (assignments, group work and post-training actions etc).

Learn from the founder of Inside Flow and top Senior and Pro Teachers!

This teacher training course for Inside Flow is the upgraded version of the former "Inside Flow Academy". It is designed to teach you all the essential details of the Inside Flow style over the time period of approx. 4-5 weeks! This training is composed of more than 40 online on-demand training videos (that you have life-time access to) as well as 3 live sessions. So you will have the chance to meet the other participants and our teachers in three live sessions! 

In this online course from TINT ACADEMY, you will learn a simple way to approach the Inside Flow technique as well as all that it takes to teach it, build a career and become a certified teacher. 

The training included detailed lessons on the key areas of Inside Flow including theory, practice, music, teaching, sequencing, and how to create Inside Flows. You will learn 5 different flows from 4 different teachers:

• Young Ho Kim (2x) 
• Ami Norton (from former Inside Flow Academy)
• Alexey Gaevskij (from Inside Flow Academy)
• Hie Kim

>> Dates for (voluntary) Live Sessions will be announced once the time of the TT comes close. (Replays will always be available in case you miss one.) 

>> Additionally to the on-demand training and live sessions, you get 3 months of free TINT membership with access to the whole catalog of yoga classes!

In order to encourage learning, this academy program is accompanied by exam questions to help you review the newly acquired knowledge of each lesson.

After having completed the video series, you will be able to submit your responses online to receive a teacher certificate from Inside Flow and TINT Academy. In order to pass the exam, you will have to submit a video of yourself teaching one of the Inside Flows from this program.

Once you're an Inside Flow alumni from TINT, you will be invited to the Inside Flow alumni community group that can join the final ceremony of every teacher training round!
