Inside Flow meets Nostalgia

This will be the grand finale of the Inside Flow Summer Challenge over by TINT. Here Young Ho will teach one of YOUR Flows. Whichever submitted Inside Flow he loves most, he will build up to and then reveal the winner of the challenge! 

You have the chance to still submit your own Inside Flow creation until Sept. 12 to participate in the challenge and win. Here's how: 

1) Analyze the song is “Summer in California” by Johnny Stimson.

2) Create your Flow to the final song, record it as a video and submit it here: https://ivlv.me/jDoEs 

IMPORTANT: Participate with your TINT membership email address. 

3) We will review all videos and pick the Top 3 sequences. Young Ho Kim will give live feedback to all of the sequences and he will teach one of these flows - so use this incredible chance to get your flow in front of thousands of yogis worldwide!
