Inside Yoga: Align, Flow & Stretch
Learn biomechanical alignment for more graceful, fluid vinyasa movement. (Break 3:00-4:00)
Saturday 3/28 4:00-6:30 PM
Inside Flow
Two Inside Flow practices with on-beat choreography, music & story. Full-day option available. $175 (full day)
Sunday 3/29 12:30-2:45 PM
Vinyasa Flow Alignment & Inside Flow
Improve breath-led movement and apply it to Inside Flow choreography — includes one Inside Flow. $65
