HYBRID (Online & Offline) Basic Level 30 TRC Inside Flow Teacher Training with Martasya Yoga

The first week pf basic level TTC Inside Flow jsut started last weekend with participants from 7 different countries : Indonesia, Singapore, Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan, Luxembourg & Germany. 

It was such a amazing start to the training we had. As the participants come from three different continent, we had to use 3 lingual languange on online zoom which is English, Chinese and Bahasa Indonesian. 

Thanks to ZOOM amazing platform we could do the 3 lingual training during the theory part without any problem. But it was quite challenging to make 3 lingual zoom meeting with the practice so we decided to use only bilingual during practice.

In the basic level part 1, students were learning the evolution of vinyasa as the 1st pillar of Inside Flow principal. Here they learn how to move properly in the vinyasa with INSIDE YOGA Fundamental alignments. 

The first flow that they learned was easy modified Sun Salutation A with the song INTRO from XX.
