    Inside Flow ist eine moderne Form des Vinyasa Flow. Im Laufe einer Stunde wird in Begleitung von Musik eine Choreographie aus Asanas aufgebaut, welche auf ein bestimmtes, modernes Lied abgestimmt ist. Ziel ist es, Körper und Geist in Einklang zu bringen und durch die Verbindung von Musik, Atmung und Bewegung einen meditativen Zustand zu erreichen – ganz ohne klassische Meditation. Ein moderner, dynamischer Yogastil mit anmutigen Bewegungen. Geeignet für alle Yogis, die gerne tanzen oder sich einfach fließend bewegen möchten.

    Kosten 20€ (oder USC/ Qualitrain + 10€)
