yuzu_pilates.yoga commented on this post about 2 years agoLast week I was invited to teach one Inside Flow for the first time on a Trainings Camp of the Austrian Judo National Team.🇦🇹🥋
There have been more than 20 Judokas and their trainers participating. At the beginning it was so hard for them 😅, because there bodies were not used to these movements as judo fighters. But then - we had so much fun!! ❤️ At the end, when we have completed our Flow, everybody really loved it😍😍 A lot of new insideflow lovers are born. 💕
