Facts: You are already a practicing yogi, love to move to music? Inside Flow is a form of Vinyasa Flow. Over the course of an hour, a choreography of asanas is built up without beginning or end, which is tailored to a specific, modern song. You are a beginner: in excellent, then this workshop is just the thing for you. If you are an advanced yogi, then this flow is a nice event to train and deepen your own practice.

Anna is a yoga teacher and Inside Flow Junior Teacher from Frankfurt. Her yoga classes come straight from the heart - she gently guides you through dynamic flows that let you feel your body very sensitively, tune your heart rate to the beat of the music and bring body awareness, thoughts and emotions together. Her intention is to help you deepen the connection to your body and express feelings in movement.
