Teacher training Level 2 Inside Flow Online via ZOOM

Trainees were teaching INSIDE FLOW Level 2 Sequence " GOOD AS GOLD" Song by Greyson Chance , Flow created by TASYA DANTE Martasya Yoga. 

Thanks to all awesome participants for the level 2 training for the hard work from the basic to level 2 training. We can see lot of improvements from every participant in term of the practice and teaching. 

Everyone of us was born with talent. Sometime we don't know it until we dig dipper into it. With a good hardwork and dedication, we will see the hidden jam in our inside. You all are as Good as Gold.

It is not easy to become a good Inside Flow teacher. You need to work hard much harder than other yoga training. In this level 2 - 30 TRC training every trainee must able to teach not only on beat but also know the energy of the song to play with the voice projection. 

We dedicate the Flow for all our family and friends whom we love so much.  there are different ways to love somebody. There are lot of languages and actions that express the love. When we can't give you a hug and nice words , that doesn't mean we don't love you.
