It was love at first sight when I did Inside Flow for the first time. Inside Flow helps me to express my feelings. My feelings are e-motions (energy in motion). For me Inside Flow is such a transformational process. I am an Inside Yoga and Inside Flow Teacher for 10 years now. I love to share my passion for yoga. I love being in a "Flow" state. For me it is a gift to see my students grow not only on the mat but also personally.
