| About me: |
I am French living in Mauritius Island. Mother of two children and yoga teacher since 2014. I am possionnate about yoga philosophy and body movement. I am sharing Hatha yoga, Flow yoga and Yin &mindful slow yoga. I am passionate by nature and also by drawing and painting, mostly yoga poses and animals.
I did my Inside flow yoga teacher training in 2018 in Radiantly Alive, Bali. And looking forward to do an other one when time and travelling possibilities will be easier. |
