I am passionate about yoga philosophy and body movement. I am sharing Inside flow, but also Biointegrityoga (fascia mobility focus), Yin yoga and Hatha. I am passionate by nature and also by drawing and painting, mostly yoga poses and animals.
I did my Inside flow yoga teacher training in 2018 in Radiantly Alive, Bali. I was great! Sharing Inside Flow in France, at Yogamoves Studio Strasbourg for 4 years. |
