My name is Emily Liu and I come from Beijing, China. I have been studying Inside Flow since December 2016. I have been studying Inside Flow for four years now. Since I first walked into Inside Flow's classroom, I have fallen in love with the perfect collision between the tradition and Modern Yoga! I was fortunate enough to attend founder Younghokim's open class in Beijing in 2018, and have been following pioneer teachers to attend intensive classes in many cities since 2020, and will be heading to Xiamen again in April this year for an advanced teacher training course, work hard to be an excellent teacher inside Flow!
