My name is Lucinda but I go by Lucy. I have been doing Yoga since 2016 and received my 200 HR RYT certification in Feb 2021. I came across Inside Flow in 2019 when I was searching for types of Yoga that were practiced synced to music. I fell in love & am now a Gold Instructor. I have been teaching on Zoom for nearly 2 years now & love everyone I have met through this community. I am a proud mom of 2 boys & 1 girl named Chloe Valentine who walks on 4 legs (dog). :)
