Hi dear Inside Flow community,
my name is Saskia and I am here to help anyone of you find your way around the website and to cheer you on on your Inside Flow path. I would love to see insideflow.com develop into a community platform where inspiring, motivational, and enthusiastic exchange takes place; and where everyone easily finds opportunities online and offline to train, teach, and connect with the community online and offline. Because all of us here connects this passion for yoga, music, and movement. We are passionate about feeling the joy as well as the sadness that the flows and the different songs let us feel (to sometimes heal), we are passionate about connection – with ourselves and each other – and about lifting and lighting up ourselves and each other. We are passionate about creativity, as well as about spreading our love for and fascination with this unique yoga style. We are passionate about life and celebrating each and every moment of growth – and this is so special. Can’t wait for what’s all yet to come. In regards to my relationship with Inside Flow: I fell in love with Inside Flow in August 2021 and am doing the Inside Flow Academy online right now through TINT Yoga.
