The only ballad on the album, “Dreams” is LISA’s reflection on a past relationship — holding on to feelings for someone who’s already moved on. She cherishes the impact they had on her life and wishes they could at least remain friends.

…it takes me back to my first Global Summit in Bali, 2023 — the most unforgettable summit of my life. Everything was new and full of magic. I’ve been to 2024 and soon 2025, but nothing quite matches 2023. The same people, the same vibe… you can never have them all together again. Those memories are like dreams now — beautiful, but impossible to relive.

Some dreams are too beautiful to belong to reality — fleeting moments you can’t recreate, memories that live only when your eyes are closed. You can chase the same place, the same people, the same light… but it will never feel exactly the same.

That’s the magic and the cruelty of it — some memories are meant to be lived only once, and after that, they become treasures you visit in dreams.

So I hold them close, knowing they’ll never return in the same way… but perhaps that’s why they shine so brightly.

This song was the main theme of the iconic TVB drama Triumph in the Skies—a powerful reminder that time passes swiftly, much like the melody of a song filled with highs and lows. Life isn't always smooth, but every note—whether joyful or melancholic—becomes part of the story we carry within us.

I was drawn back to this song ever since I began my Inside Flow journey 2 years ago. (This October will mark my 3rd year of learning & teaching!)

Time moves so quickly. And sometimes, when you take a moment to pause and reflect, you can't help but wonder:
What have I truly achieved? Am I just busy living... or actually enjoying life?

Inside Flow has shifted my perspective. From believing "a dream is just a dream" to realizing "a dream is something you can live—while you still can."

Last year, I took a leap of faith. I flew to Macau alone for Inside Flow training. I still remember the moment I touched down—I teared up. For the first time, I wasn’t just dreaming. I was living it. That experience became a turning point—one of deep personal growth and quiet courage that I’ll always carry with me.
