I’m a passionate certified Yoga teacher from near Stuttgart and I was allowed to experience a workshop with Julia Meyer in Munich 2022. Since then I've been addicted to Inside Flow :-) I did my 50h Inside Flow Teacher Training in Bern! Now I'm happy to teach and share the Inside Flow Magic with my groups.
