Hello! I completed my silver level Inside Flow training with Rebecca Rasmussen in the first US training in OKC! I completed my 200 hour YTT in December 2022. This entire experience has been an amazing journey of spiritual growth and I am so excited to share Inside Flow with my community in Lawrence KS and in the surrounding areas!
