I’m Amy Toft, a 500RYT, certified in hot yoga, vinyasa, yin, children’s yoga, yoga Nidra, Accessible yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Y12SR-Yoga for 12 Step Recovery, chair yoga, restorative yoga, Silver Sneakers Yoga, and The Roll Model Method ball therapy. I completed my Level One Kundalini training in April 2022. Just certified in Inside Flow in Mallorca in May 2023!
I have more than 1600 teaching hours and more than 1,100 training hours. I especially love practicing with people in drug and alcohol recovery, and folks who don’t look like instagram yogis. I love trying yoga in different ways, like workshops that honor my heroes. I started Amy Toft Yoga because I truly believe that yoga is for Everybody. Every. Body. Including those who might be thinking, well, not me. If you think you are the wrong size, shape, age, gender, fitness level, or skin tone for yoga…you aren’t! I’m not tiny or young, but I’m a yogi, and you can be too. |
