I'm still in love with you - song by Niexshadow, Approved by Martasya Yoga
Story telling : This song tells the story of someone who has separated from their partner… yet the feelings have not truly gone away. All that remains is longing and regret. Wanting to return, wanting to fix everything, but time does not always give us a second chance.

I have felt something like that before.
Not about a lover… but about my mother.

When I was a child, I often asked myself, “Why don’t I feel the same love that other children seem to have?” My mother was busy working, earning a living to raise us. At that time, I didn’t understand. All I felt was emptiness. I grew up with anger, disappointment, even hatred. Every day was filled with arguments. I became a rebellious child… perhaps even considered ungrateful.

I grew up without feeling close to my mother. And when I finally began to understand… everything was already different.

It turns out that behind her busyness, there was a love that never stopped. There were sacrifices she never spoke about. But regret always comes too late. We only realize how precious someone is when distance and time can no longer be turned back.

Today I’ve learned that not all love comes in the form of warm hugs. Some love shows up as exhaustion. As silence. As hard work that we never understood when we were young.

If today you still have the chance to hug your mother, to speak kindly to her, or simply to say thank you… do it. Don’t wait until all that remains is longing and regret.

Because the deepest loss is not when someone leaves…
but when we realize we never had the chance to love them the right way. 🤍
