Eine traditionelle Komponente aus dem Yoga, des Vinyasa, erfährt hierdurch eine Fortsetzung der besonderen und modernen Art. Alles ist im Fluss, deine Bewegung, dein Atem, dein Körper, dein Herz – dein Yoga.

The upcoming Quarterly Live Event on TINT Yoga has the purpose to empower you to follow your heart and set the right goals for 2022 and your future.

You only live once and every second of your life, you have the opportunity to have an impact. Always do what's in your power and put all your heart into it. Don't let the world hold you back. Trust in yourself and do! 2022 is the year we encourage you to go all in.

You'll be guided through a powerful collection of sessions, starting with a grounding yoga and journaling practice with Ami Norton, followed by a mindset and manifestation session with a special guest – Laura Herde.

We'll finish off with a powerful and motivating Inside Flow class with me. 🎉
