You can find our studio in the town center of Graz, where it is quite an oasis for your soul. When you step in, you can enjoy the warm colors in our decoration and a light hint of incense in the air. Make yourself comfortable and have a cup of steaming tea before your class. We do have classes according to the alignment principles of Inside Yoga and of course we offer Inside Flow classes, which are our absolute favorites! They are mostly held by Senior teacher Nicki Vellick and her colleague Patricia Ulbing. Our sound system is pretty good for a unique musical experience while practicing.
