In order to join the Level 1 Teacher Training, every Trainee must either completed the Basic Level 30 TRC with Martasya ...

In order to join the Level 1 Teacher Training, every Trainee must either completed the Basic Level 30 TRC with Martasya Yoga, 10 hours TINT YOGA, 40 hours TINT YOGA or any TTC from any Senior Teachers, Pro Teachers, Master Teachers, and Founder Young Ho Kim. 

In Level 1 training, every trainee will be focused to be able to teach INSIDE FLOW on the right beat with simple build up vinyasa like add on and layering techniques through the main flow properly. 

Since this is a Hybrid Training (ONLINE & OFFLINE) , every trainee is required to have their own equipments; 

1. Personal Computer or Laptop 

2. Portable Microphone UHF pr Bluetooth type 

3. Audio sound card or Audio Mixer with USB connection 

4. Proper web cam with low latency 

5. External speaker 

We will conduct a technical training to operate ZOOM one -two weeks before the training start. 

In this training our Junior Teachers Indonesia will support you in form of workshop outside the training hours to make sure every one of you can understand the materials from the training.

    5 years ago I almost give up teaching yoga class as I lost interest to share my passion and love for yoga due to the fact that yoga lovers in my hometown not growing anymore, but there were in the same time many more new studios opened with new young talented yoga teachers. 

    Then I found Inside Flow the new evolution style of yoga at the Bali Spirit Festival 2016 introduced by Young Ho Kim , Lulu Soul and another Senior teacher. I was Young Ho Liaison at that time. 

    Because I believe that this new evolution style of yoga could grow in the future, I told Young Ho at that time that I will come to Germany together with Tasya for taking the training. 

    And that Believe has become a Reality now. We could spread the yoga even more despite the pandemic in the last 2 years. 

    Thanks God now also we can spread this style of yoga to the entire world although we live stream only from our home studio. 

    This Inside Flow we dedicate for Inside Flow Community to keep the Believe in You, be yourself, as you will make it a reality when you believe.
