5 years ago I almost give up teaching yoga class as I lost interest to share my passion and love for yoga due to the fact that yoga lovers in my hometown not growing anymore, but there were in the same time many more new studios opened with new young talented yoga teachers. 

Then I found Inside Flow the new evolution style of yoga at the Bali Spirit Festival 2016 introduced by Young Ho Kim , Lulu Soul and another Senior teacher. I was Young Ho Liaison at that time. 

Because I believe that this new evolution style of yoga could grow in the future, I told Young Ho at that time that I will come to Germany together with Tasya for taking the training. 

And that Believe has become a Reality now. We could spread the yoga even more despite the pandemic in the last 2 years. 

Thanks God now also we can spread this style of yoga to the entire world although we live stream only from our home studio. 

This Inside Flow we dedicate for Inside Flow Community to keep the Believe in You, be yourself, as you will make it a reality when you believe.
