my name is Nicole. My yoga path has never been straightforward. I got there by accident almost 14 years ago. So far I have been accompanied by a lot of functional training, hit workouts and everything that had to do with a lot of bass and loud music. My idea of training has always been linked to music. In 2019 I did an Astanga style yoga training. I had never set foot in a yoga studio before. My motto for yoga is do it and then decide.
