    CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY AND GLOBAL WELLNESS MONTH WITH US

    Expect an immersive and energising Inside Flow class led by Junior Teacher Natalie and Inside Flow Gold instructors Aly and Kayli. Over the course of 3 hours, you will be guided through a series of movements set to music, focusing on the connection between breath and movement. The class will conclude with a shared experience of joy and relaxation, followed by a pool party and a delicious Mexican dinner on the rooftop of Pullman Hill Street as the sun sets, creating the perfect end to a transformative day.
