This flow I created together with my group team Wiwik, Uli, Mona and Rina during our L2 TTC with MartasyaYoga

I learned that Winner is not the one who always win ...but winner is the one who once failed but he/she not giving up and keep on stand up to continue the battle ...  The Winner is not the one who win and beat other people but the winner is the who is fighting their own fear and ego to become the best version of you... So this flow I dedicated to everyone to keep on fighting on whatever it's come in your life journey and be the best version of yourself ❤️ hope you enjoy the flow ...thank you so much 🙏🩷

There are heroes and there are legends, heroes get remembered but legends never dies. We never know what other people see us, always fight for being good and let people remember your kindness coz you are a legends of your own. 

This flow created on my Immersion TTC L1 together with @donat_nat @oppie.sulistia @monalisasandi  Merrytheo and Rina. This flow I dedicated to everyone of you who need a spirit to reach the dreams ... Keep on chasing your dreams erase all the fear and be last ones left standing... Go down in history  make you remembered as a legends of your own 🌟 enjoy the flow ...

The song is encouraging us to believe with our abilities and not let negativity to hold it back, keep moving forward to their goals.

This is my first flow approved from Workshop with MartasyaYoga on March 2023 a year ago I just happened to post it today. 

The reason I choose this song, because in my family they know me as a princess of my parents so when I took Yoga Teacher Training they just underestimate me, I can't finish coz I'm just a spoil girl. At that time I was so sad and angry but I didn't confront them I just got to unleash my power and show them that what they think about me was wrong also I want to show my 3 sons that their mom is a fighter  and I made it thru today thanks to Martasya and the IF community who always sending positive vibes. So I can teach a life lesson to my children to focus on your goals (positivity) don't listen to negativity and believe on yourself that U can. 

I believe everyone unique, especially woman is amazing, within her is the power to create, conceal, love, protect, fight and nurture. Woman deserved to be respected, appreciated and listened or just to be there for them .. they are ourself, our mother, our daughter or our friends. Never underestimate yourself ...you are the source of power to your loved ones and to the world just tell your self you CAN and just Unleash the Power within ❤️

• This song is about someone who is confident and determined to overcome any obstacles in their way. 

When I found this song I suddenly remember to my Oldest Son who was in the last year of senior high school. 

He has a dream/goals to be accepted in the Number 1 University in Indonesia either in Medical School or Engineering. However, since Junior High school my son was an Athlete so most of the time he spent in the Archery Field not at school. So it's so hard to compete with so many candidates to get in to this Fave Univ in my country.  But he's not giving up his dreams, he studied hard days and night to catch up his academic. It's not easy to catch up but he keeps trying and never give up study more and more less sleep and the hardest part that he has to leave his darling "The Archery" and finally he got accepted as Student at this Fave university without any test as Chemical Engineer And when he got accepted he said thanks Mama I'm Survive your prayer makes me a Winner

Yes He's a Winner He's a fighter and he will be the one to Survive.

So this song I dedicate to my Son and to everyone one who facing obstacles in their life ... Don't give up even the sky is falling even the world is ending keep on trying hold on tight with your goals and you will be the one who survived 💪
