In the Level 2 we will deepening the understanding of the 3rd Pillar of INSIDE FLOW "FINDING THE MAHAGURU" 

What to learn in this Level 2 and immersion training ?

Let's join the Level 1 and immersion training Inside Flow online via ZOOM and offline at the Martasya Yoga Academy Bogor Indonesia from May 6th - 21st 2023. 

In this training students will learn mainly the 2nd Pillar of Inside Flow how to work with the MUSIC as one of the powerful tool to connect the mind, body and the soul. 

1) how to listen to the beat of Songs 

2) how to breakdown the Songs into different part such as intro, verse, pre chorus, chorus, bridge, post chorus, ending. 

3) how to sequence an Inside Flow with a Song 

4) how to teach the sequence on beat and build up with the simplest way into a full class

5) how to teach Inside Flow with your own voice 

In this training we will have a translation from English into Chinese and English into Indonesian with the high standard Live Streaming technology invented by Martasya Yoga Academy.

After 3 years given this Basic level training , we have seen that Inside Flow teachers have better understanding of creating sequences in the future and moving with into the beat gracefully using the principal of Inside Flow asanas alignments. 

Let's join this 3 weekends training suitable for Asian and European time zone online via Zoom. In this training you will learn six (6) different flows with different music styles and themes like melancholy, powerful, sweet love, sexy , dance , etc. 

Creating a good Inside Flow sequence needs deeper understanding about the Inside Flow Asanas, Different Gravitational Movements and Transitions and understanding the energy of the music.

Let's join our TTC online level 1 for 30 TRC via Zoom and  learn how to create a simple Inside Flow sequence and how to teach Inside Flow properly on beat.

You will learn in this training total 8 Flows which 3 flows from Martasya Yoga and 5 Flows from the Trainees approved by Martasya Yoga. 

We will celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Martasya Yoga on the coming Indonesian Independence Day August 17th with a Yoga Retreat in a very nice ambience of Resort nearby Bogor our home based. 

This will be the first time yoga retreat after almost 3 years of pandemic. Thanks God and Universe the situation in Indonesia is now quite good with high rate of vaccination that we can hold this retreat.

There will be 3 sessions of Inside Flow yoga starting with the introduction of Inside Flow basic , Inside Flow intermediate and Inside Flow fun classes. The resort is offering amazing places to flow in glass house, roof top and pool side.

Some Inside Flow teachers and lovers asked what are the different for the OFFLINE & ONLINE Training with Martasya Yoga Academy ? 

Our OFFLINE training will be held in 3 days intensive for each level for 25 TRC (8-9 hours per day), where the focus is to deepen understanding of FLOW and how to create INSIDE FLOW sequence. There will be no teaching exam for the new comers, only for those who join for immersion for silver, gold or Junior teachers. 

Our ONLINE training will be held for 3 weekends (6days @5 hours/day) for each level 30 TRC and in between of the training there will be additional workshops held by Junior Teachers to assist every Trainee to deepen understanding of FLOW, how to create INSIDE FLOW and how to teach the FLOW properly. Every Trainee (new comers and immersion) will have to pass the teaching exam with proper and standard ways of ONLINE teaching via ZOOM. 

Before the online training start, Martin & Tasya will give the technical training (ca. 3 hours) on how to set up the video, audio system so every trainee can follow the training properly. 

Equipments need for the ONLINE training: 

1. Personal computer, Laptop or Ipad with ZOOM apps installed 

2. Web camera with low latency (min. 1080 pixel) 

3. Wireless UHF microphone  

4. Sound card or Audio Mixer with USB connection 

5. External speaker with 3.5 mm audio cable connection

6. LAN cabel / stable WIFI connection min. 10 MBPS for download/upload

5 spots left for the Online Zoom Inside Flow training Level 2 and Immersion Inside Flow for Silver, Gold, Junior teachers. 

In this training every participant must equiped with proper microphone, web cam and laptop/PC/Tab in order to be able participating in the training.

Martin will give a pre technical meeting on July 3rd - 7th for those who not get known how to operate ZOOM.

In this level 2 training, you will learn:

1. How to creative sequence and teachable

2. How to build up vinyasa to teach the sequence

3. How to rock the Inside Flow classes

4. How to give good story telling

5. How to create good playlist

6. How to become a succesful Inside Flow teacher

The training will be translated from English to Chinese and Indonesian languange by the Junior teachers from Taiwan and Indonesia.

In Level 2 training participants will learn :

1. Deepening concept of Inside Flow especially the 3rd Pillar "Finding the Maha Guru"

2. Understand how to create teachable creative sequences rather than performance 

3. Techniques of Vinyasa Build Up & Looping to get the WOW of every Inside Flow Class

4. Art of Story Telling & Public Speaking

5. Ethics and Techniques to be Good Inside Flow Teacher 

Right after learning the Basic Inside Flow training participants can upgrade directly to the next level 1 training from September 2nd - 4th 2022.

In this training participants will learn :

1. Three pillars of Inside Flow with focus on the Music as the Power of Inside Flow to create the magic.

2. Understand the differents of Inside Flow and other vinyasa styles

3. Applying the vinyasa concepts of Inside Flow Asanas to fit the music

4. Understanding the energy of music and how to analyse songs to create simple sequences

5. Demonstration Techniques and Teaching Skill of Inside Flow 

First time after 3 years of pandemic covid 19, we could come back to have another intensive Offline Training Inside Flow. 

We will start with 25 hours BASIC LEVEL INSIDE FLOW training with 3 days intensive course from 8AM  - 18 PM the first 2 days and 9AM - 16 PM on the 3rd day with Inside Flow concert.

Participants will learn :

1. Basic principle of Inside Flow

2. Yoga Anatomy & Bio mechanic of Inside Flow Asanas for practicing in safety ways

3. Basic Vinyasa transitions with different gravitational movements and themes

4. Unity of Breath, Music and Movements

5. Six basic Inside Flow sequences
