Come and experience Inside Flow with Jen. A Vinyasa class which integrates yoga and breath with the beat of the music to create a magical flow experience. We will build up the sequence - gently moving from one posture to another while being carried by the music. Experience moving with grace and lightness. Finally practicing the sequence with the main song.

Inside flow, an evolution of Vinyasa flow where we synchronise our movements and breath. 

The continuity and fluidity where we transition from one pose to the other are further enhanced by the music during the inside flow classes. 

Expect each Inside Flow class at N Yoga to be energised, fun, and unique. 

Perfect for those who is looking to add more movements in their routine that also promotes mind-body connection and coordination. 

Move into happiness - Fließe mit der Musik und tanze durch jede Yogaposition

Eine Stunde im Fluss, es gibt kein Anfang und kein Ende. Eine fließende Abfolge von Asanas geleitet von dem Atem und moderner Musik. Eine Symbiose aus Tradition und Evolution. Zu moderner Musik wird in dieser Stunde eine Choreographie mit Asanas aufgebaut, in der jede Atembewegung zu einer Körperbewegung führt. Der Atem lenkt die Bewegungen und jede Bewegung wird mit der Ein- und Ausatmung synchronisiert. Für alle, die gerne ein dynamisches und kraftvolles Fließen erleben und ihre körperliche Kondition verbessern möchten.
