The cobra role is not that easy and we want to practice the alignment of this asana or the transition to the cobra bit by bit. Here we want to work out this sequence together with you, because we are of the opinion that together is much better than alone.

The cobra role is not that easy and we want to practice the alignment of this asana or the transition to the cobra bit by bit. Here we want to work out this sequence together with you, because we are of the opinion that together is much better than alone.

We warmly welcome you to the studio in Fürth for this very special workshop.

After a short break we continue with an Inside Flow Master Class. What does that actually mean? We have 90 minutes to get into the flow little by little. The transitions are explained more clearly and there are a few breaks in between.

If you are a beginner: in excellent, then this workshop is just right for you.

If you are an advanced yogi, then this flow is a nice event to train and deepen your own practice.

Roll out your mat and practice with us.

Alignment Cobra Roll. 11 a.m. to 1 p.m

I always need someone to tell me that I'm on the right path. Who supports me mentally and says keep going - fighting. In our childhood we usually have our parents who teach us things (even if it was annoying at the time) whether we wanted to or not. They create a safe framework. For me, my safe place was my grandpa, with him I always knew everything would be okay in the end. All the feelings I have about you are ok. Such a person is precious. Unfortunately he is no longer in my life but with this song I honor his life and his love for me. Thank you for navigating my feelings.

I hope you have a person like my grandfather too - wish you all the best.
