The name of the song is "Choir" by Guy Sebastian. This song is a heartfelt tribute to a friend who has passed away.

The lyrics reflect on the memories shared with the friend, the regret of not saying things sooner, and the pain of losing someone close. This song also carries a message of hope and comfort, imagining the friend in a better place, "singing with a choir" and "dancing with a crew," surrounded by love and not alone.

This song for me is a reminder that nothing in this life lasts, to live life to the fullest, to follow your dreams, to make the best out of it and to cherish and love the people around, because we never know when they are gone.

When flowing to this song, connect with one another, look at each other, dance and sing together. You can clap your hands in Mountain pose, grab each other's hands after the side rainbow and simply point at each other when the artists sings 'you, you you'.

Let’s celebrate this moment together, celebrate life and celebrate being alive.

Inside Flow is a form of Vinyasa Flow.

Inside Flow is a form of Vinyasa Flow.

Over the course of an hour we will build a choreography of asanas without beginning or end, which is tailored to a specific song.

The aim is to harmonize body and mind and to achieve a kind of meditative state through the combination of music, breathing and movement.

A modern, dynamic and powerful yoga style with graceful movements. Suitable for more advanced yogis who like to move fluently to loud music.

This special is all about the 80s, 90s and 00s. We go on a journey through time together and move fluently to the hits of our childhood and youth. We will sweat, laugh, flow and have a good time together - fun is the top priority here.

Hi, my name is Anissa and I'm from Munich

I discovered my love for yoga a few years ago in the gym when I attended my first yoga class. In the meantime I have completed several training courses and share my love for yoga in my Inside Yoga and Inside Flow courses. My intention is to bring my three most important values "laughter, love & lightness" into my yoga classes, workshops and retreats - and thus out into the world.
